I Love Naija Weddings

Hi people,
How are you doing today? Thank God it's friday I guess?  

Last week I attended my best friend's sister's wedding and I had a REALLY GOOD time. Prior to the wedding I had been overly excited about the thought of Ayo (the bride) getting married and my best friend often wondered why the whole thing was 'shacking' me more than the bride *side eyes*
Oh well.....as you probably can tell I love love. Does that make sense? The idea of people getting married or people who love each other just makes me excited :D and I have disney to thank for that.
I sometimes jokingly tell my friends that I am expecting my prince charming on a white horse holding a shiny sword and professing his love for me...LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!!
I made sure I had a good time at the wedding oh, naija weddings are a no dulling zone. I mean with the amazing songs from the band espescially yoruba weddings....gosh!!! The best part is when they use your name to sing....*starts to komole*. 
Don't even get me started on the small chops, I mean what's a naija wedding without small chops :D or when they start to spray you money, your dancing gear becomes raised to power ten. I danced alot at the wedding even though the band leader did not use my name to sing or get sprayed money but my bestfriend on the other hand was a strategic dancer (her words). You spray her money she dances, no money no show......smart girl:D
